Brick number 5 followed me home! 200

Just picked up a 1989 244DL Auto with 110,000 miles from the second owner. I am going to do the normal stuff, change all fluids, check hoses, replace filters, flame trap, timing belt and seals, etc.

My question; is there anything different (quirks) to watch for on the 1989 model year VS the 1984-1985 years I have been maintaining? Also, the car is dark gray, does it have clearcoat? This will be the first brick I will not have to rewire the engine bay.

Springfresh is right, Bentley manual is the gateway drug!

Thanks to all,
Mike Craig
