the 68 i got for parts had the same seat frames and they were original, it had the underdash pad, bow tie wheel. however it did not have the padded upper door sections, ralley lights, tach, M41 or proper gt dash. it did have a gt badge on the trunk lid, but i don't believe it was a real 123gt.

was there a 123 that came like that from the factory? mine was a canadian car, would that make a difference?
