Hello, can someone please advise on the optimal tire size for the Volvo "Hydra" 16" alloy wheels? I have a 1992 940 that I am very happy with, and found a good, used set of alloys on eBay, now is a good time to buy tires. The little 15" steel wheels just don't cut it. I have seen the Hydras on Turbos and I think they may have come on 16 Valve cars of the era, and they look great, fill up the wheel well, and probably improve the road manners as well. Thanks very much for the swiftly coming high informed and informative responses. You guys have definitely helped a time or two since acquiring the car three years ago.
