Hi there,

Have you found a fix for your problem? I'm having the same issue. Mine doesn't work 90% of the time. I took it out when it wasn't working and like you did not find anything mechanically wrong.

I haven't tried this yet but someone suggested re-soldering the motor circuit board. There could be cracks in the circuit - this is a similar fix with the fuel pump relay as in the FAQ. For now I've cleaned the gears and flipped over the white small gear (desperate last resort attempt!). If this doesn't work I'm going to solder the board.
