95 960 02 Sensor? 900

I plan to put a new 02 sensor in my 95 960. It only has one front 02. I think Bosch makes the best OEM, but want to be sure. I am told the ones that need to have the connectors solders on are a poor choice. Apparetly Bosch makes a good one, but I need to be very careful, and would appreciate the part numbers if anyone has an idea. Much appreciated
