M41 Synchro question 140-160

Hi,
I am working on getting my Gold '74 144GL back on the road.
Its almost impossible to shift into first after things get warm. Second is not as bad. Third and fourth seem okay.
Seems to me that I need to replace the synchros.
Should I replace all of them or just the ones for first and second?
What else should I replace? I am thinking the input and output seals at least.
Are some synchros better than others? What do they go for? Who has them?
I completely rebuilt the M41 gearbox in my Multi-shaded blue '74 144GL back in 1980
and it is still going strong. I have not pulled one apart since.
Thanks.
