Any ideas? 120-130

Alright all,

Unusually I have got a problem on the old girl that is vexing me.
After a while of driving, say 10 minutes or so, the car starts to stutter and fanny about. This seems to be due to the carbs not getting enough fuel...I can tell because I can actually watch the fuel level go down in the filter (glass) until said filter is empty. Car will then stall, surprise surprise.
I have:totally stripped, cleaned, and rebuilt the rebuilt carbs. Replaced all fuel lines, twice. Checked all fuel line connections. There is no pressure build up in the tank, still does it with fuel cap off. All I can think is it may be crap in the tank, but why would it do that after 10 minutes? I had a look in the tank as best I could (took sender out, shone a torch about) all looked good.If I drive the car -really- gently it doesn't happen. New fuel pump 6 months ago, took that apart and cleaned it too. If I leave the car for just a couple of minutes and restart, all is well for 10 minutes or so, then off we go again.
Anyone got any ideas? It's starting to annoy me now, and we can't have that
Hope everyone's doing well,
best,
David White.
