Dash lights putting on a light show 700 1979

My daughter has a 1990 740 Gl with 205,000 and is having trouble with the dash lights and her AC. The ACworked fine yesterday and no dash lights were on but today these lights stay on as she is driving.
Battery warning light, service light, (she does need an oil change but pushing the button will not turn the light out) brake light, parking brake light,windshield wiper fluid light, and light out warning light.
Also her AC will not work now but her fan works fine.
Can anyone give me an idea about what is wrong?
It is driveable but she's afraid of some really bad problem.
I'm hoping for some sort of relay but expect something worse.

As an update, The dash lights do not go dim or get stronger as she revs the engine or uses the haed lights. The strength of the warning lights remains the same. Also the heater works if that means anything.
