Rear axle seal 140-160

My rear axle seal is leaking. Confirmed it is axle and not brakes. Parts diagram show an axle with inner and outer seal. They also list one with outer seal.The two seal application is listed for CH -138699. The one seal is listed for CH 138700-

What is the CH number so I can check that on my 144 and get the correct seal. My 144 is a 68.
