Tail light circuit board issue 200

Hi all,
Changed the turn signal bulb in my 244 yesterday, and, in the process, managed to tear off some of the paper like circuit material on the back on the tail light. Now, the left turn signal is very weak (not sure about the others--didn't dawn on me to check until now). Is there a way to repair the little piece (about 3/4") that came off without replacing the entire board?
Also, I checked FCPG and they only offer an aftermarket replacement. Are these good? Or is OEM better? If any of you have a Volvo part number for it, please send it my way.
Thank you!
