high crankcase pressure- B230F 200 1989

Hi, I have an '89 240 with high crankcase pressure. I have numerous oil leaks- cam seals, rear main, oil filler cap. Both the cam seals and oil filler cap have been replaced but they still leak. All flame trap components- the trap, hoses. oil separator box, are clean or new. Air intake and throttle body clean and in good condition. There is no suction at all at the dipstick- in fact air blows out. I can't think of anything else except excessive blow by which is restricted by the amount of air that can actually pass through the PCV system, thereby increasing pressure. Indie mechanic agrees and says get rid of car within the next year or so. It also has noticeable piston slap that is getting louder. B230F well maintained since new.140 000 miles.
Has anyone else experienced this type of possible mechanical failure with B230F's?
