ANSWER radiator replacement--what else, while I'm at it? 700 1992

Since you mentioned it, now might be a good time to pull the intercooler. Rinse out all the oil that has accumulated inside, and blow the dead bugs out from between the fins.

If you don't know when the heater hoses/valve were last changed, now might be a good time to do it. I've been stranded once by a split heater hose. The advantage to doing it now is that you won't waste any coolant, but having the radiator out won't save any work. You may want to put these off until the next time the intake is off (134k, ready for an intake manifold gasket yet?).

There are two coolant hoses down by the oil filter (they go to the oil cooler between the filter & extension). They take a lot of abuse, are easy to forget about, and are not difficult to change.

Are you sure it's the radiator that's leaking?
