Sunroof problem 900 1991

On my '93 there's a plastic box right in front of the sunroof. Open that up and cut away any fabric that is right over the motor. Remove the motor (just so it dangles down). Use a large flathead screwdriver to turn that part where the motor went - this way you'll be able to move the sunroof enough to get it to the "closed" position. Put the motor / cover back.

My sunroof went through the exact same thing about five months ago. As far as fixing it beyond that I'm all ears - I haven't gotten back to trying to get it fixed.
