My Virgos have some road rash- is there anything that can be done? 200 1983

Hi all,
the other day I was down at the junk yard hunting for treasures and loving to tinker on Volvos. Anyhow, I spotted a set of Virgos and I just about fainted. The passenger side set was in beautiful shape. The driver's was almost the same. The front had just a touch of road rash on two of the spokes, but the back had a rash on four of the spokes and a little on the rims. So I'm wondering- is there anything that can be done to repair the road rashes my Virgos have? I guess pics might be more appropriate, but I thought I'd ask first. Thanks again all!
