rusty rust everywhere 200 1986

the decades of living on the east coast have taken their toll...my 86 244 is coming apart at the seams. her rockers are completely shot, there are holes in the door sills and the floor is not looking good...in fact it's not looking much like a floor at all. Have any of you brickheads had floors and rockers replaced before? I was going to simply make some patch panels and then pop rivet them in, but there is not enough material to rivet to. I would like to keep the car as she has tons of new parts, steering rack, ceramic brakes, full exhaust...rebuilt head and valves ~30k miles ago. She runs like a top, gets 22-25mpg highway and no one will steal her. Any thoughts?
