You need a hub adapter for a Nardi wheel to fit your year 122. (140 and later is different)

The good news is that Nardi, Personal, and Momo (all Italian companies that have been around since the 50s, or even longer) wheels usually all take the same hub adapters, and since 245GTI has one, that means the one you need exists. Track one down for yourself, and the actual installation is pretty straightforward.
