Strange Sound when turning 900 1991

1991, 940 Turbo, 162xxx miles.

So over the past few days i have noticed a low screeching coming from my car. I say low because its not high pitched but its almost sounds like something is grinding when i take turns. I have only heard the sound maby a dozen times and at short intervals, only around a second, so its hard to tell where its coming from, but it sounds like from the right wheel. I have checked the power steering fluid, yes. Does any one have any suggestions on what this might be? When i notice it happening most so far is when i make a 90 degree turn into my driveway.
