of all the costs the kid's irresponsible act incurred. So don't forget the charge from the a/c shop for installing a new condensor, new receiver/dryer, doing a leak test, and recharging with the correct refrigerant. (R-12 would really be a kick in his wallet.)

Then, talk about the possibilities of human damage, in case he hasn't figured that one out yet.

At least the neighbor folks have a bit of control over the kid, still.
