Dumping coolant from behind exhaust manifold? 900 1994

Stopped to pick up some oil on the way home and came back to find my 945T pouring coolant all over the parking lot. It seems to be coming from somewhere under the exhaust manifold area and was running down from the edge of the oil filter. I just replaced the heater pipe from the head to the control valve last week as it had cracked so there might be a connection but this is on the opposite side of the block.

My wife's out of town so I let it cool for a while, filled up the reservoir and (perhaps foolishly) drove home watching the temp gauge...it didn't over heat and doesn't seem to have lost much anti-freeze if any... Any ideas where to start looking tomorrow would be much appreciated.

Thanks
