Busted door latch 700 1990

Hi again from Boston,

I had my drivers door apart today to replace the leaky weather strip
that seals the edge of the glass. It was easier than I expected to repair,
except I have to take it apart again tomorrow for one of the links wasn's snapped in right.

I looked at the door handle bolts one is at the outer edge of the door and the other you get easily with the window all the way up after you remove the
door panel.

I wonder how you guys "down under" can get anything done at all, what with walking around upside down all the time. Doesn't the blood rush to your head, and why dont you fall off the earth? :-)
