Driving Lights 120-130 1968

Tucked away on the parcel shelf of my new 68 130 were a pair of yellow lens driving lights. The seller/middle-guy told me that the original owner removed them so that they would not get stolen. There seems to be some wiring in place for them, but nothing up past the grills. There are also two very "stock" looking holes drilled in the yankee bar just outboard of overrider horns.

I tested one light in the existing holes and it did not fit which makes me think one of three options: (1) that they are not original; (2) there was some bracket of some sort (now gone); or (3) that the metal shrank. The last option is unlikely to be responsible under the circumstances...

The lights themselves don't give me many clues. They are amber/yellow and squarish about 4" x 5" with a single wire. They are embossed with a manufacturer's name which is Auto... something. It sounded like a european company, I'll have to check.

So... I though that amazons only mounted round lights...? I'm not sure I like the look of squarish lenses on such a "roundy" car. DO these sound like they are original lights?
