Fuel injectors leaking 1800 1971

Hello Again
I have a question in regards to the hose from the injectors to the fuel rail.
Two of the injectors seem to be leaking and it looks to be coming from the injector side of this hose. I have not taken them apart yet fearing I might screw something else up. On the fuel rail side there is a pipe clamp fastening it to the rail , but on the injector side this hose looks to be crimped on.(not removable), is that the case or can I simply pull that hose off and replace with new hose and new hose clamp.
Also is there anything else I should be servicing at the same time.
Thanks in advance for any support.
