Doors, power vs. manual..... 200

So my passenger side doors are a bit wavy due to a parking bump by the PO. I was at a boneyard today and low and behold, there is a 89 240 sedan just in. I'll be taking a bunch of stuff including great passenger seat foam. Best part are the passenger doors, they're perfect, not a ripple and better yet it's the same paint code as my current car. Only issue is that they are fitted w/ power windows/doors and my car is manual. I want to keep everything manual, can I do this? I would think that I just replace all the inner door guts with mine correct? Anything I should look out for? Thanks.
