Brake warning light? 120-130 1968

I've got the 68 running. Needs a tune and some more adjustments, and new brake pads, but the brake hydraulics are up and most electricals are working.

However, that red light above the wiper switch will not turn off. It's unlabeled but I believe that it's a brake warning light, but my brakes do work, so I'm unsure why it is on.

I checked the e-brake handle and don't see a contact switch my 1800 had. I checked that little sensor at the brass "H" block and removing it does not kill the light. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I suspect that little contact in the H-block is the problem.

Any ideas on what's wrong and how to correct it?
