strange warning light 200 1991

Several years ago the speedometer in my 245 died, so I replaced the instrument cluster with one from eBay. It works fine, except now I have a strange warning light illuminated. Since this is not the original instrument cluster for the car, the owner's manual can't help ID the light.

The light is orange, located on the lower left portion of the cluster, and looks like a loopy wire icon. In the past, it would occasionally go on for a second or two then go off; yesterday it come on and stayed on.

Thanks guys!!
