Hi Dizzy.

I have a '62 PV544 single carb(zenith VN)- You may have a twin carb. Its tuned up quite well and i get about 20 miles to the gallon.

Remember a British gallon is 4.55 litres. I believe an american gallon in less. These cars are thirsty in general. You will get some fantastic figures given to you by some PV owners (mostly its a wish rather than fact).

I drive my PV to enjoy its various faculties not to get fuel efficiency.
