mysterious shimmy 700 1990

Ok... so I have a shimmy.

90 740T with 251K miles on it (w00t!). I live in the country and my driveway is a 1 mile long bumpy dirt road with lots of gopher trenches.

Last year, I had the front suspension redone to some degree: both sides - new struts, strut upper bearings, bumpers, adn ball joints. I replaced the wheel bearing that sounded like a ratchet when turned by hand and the other side (one-piece, had ot replace the hubs for $125 apiece).
New rotors, pads, flex brake lines, slide pins.

It was all FINE until I took it to America's tires to have the tires rotated because I had hurt my back and was impulsive.
I got back in the car and immediately noticed a shimmy that hadn't been there before.
I took it back and had them recheck the balance on the front wheels. Twice.
They said it was slightly off the first time and fine the second.
Since then I replaced both tie rods (and ends) and all the sway/anti-roll bar bushings.

I should have put up a bigger at AmToCo because I don't think they'll say it's a valid claim (it being last december and all... I was going through some medical stuff though).

So the shimmy is present when cruising - is worst at 51-53. I don't feel it below or above that speed. I have 4 pirelli p3000 tires with 80K mile warranties that have been about 30k of those miles.
It's not present when I'm decelerating (if I downshift or break) or if I'm accelerating with a bit of gas. It's when I'm just slowly accelerating or coasting or have my foot off the gas.

The only thing I can think of that's left is the Radial control arms. The road I live on certainly gives the bushings and other parts a big workout. Replacing the passenger side tie rod seemed to improve the shimmy.. but it could have been my imagination.

I appreciate any help
