Six steps to resetting the computers on a 92 (91-93 also, for that matter) 200 1992

By far, the easiest way to reset your ck eng light requires no tools, no trip to the computer to look up 700 FAQs:

1. Turn the knob on the fuse panel cover 1/4 turn to the left.

2. Remove cover.

3. Count from top down to the sixth fuse.

4. Push gently on outer fuse clip with left index finger to release fuse.

5. With right finger and thumb, lift fuse out, then immediately replace it.

6. Replace cover on fuse panel.

By the way, this will NOT reset the service light, which is mileage driven, but that isn't what came on when you tried the car without the AMM.
