Do I have an interference engine? 200 1986

Okay guys,
I hope I'm not being a pain with all of my questions but please understand that I'm still trying to learn...
I have an 86 240GL that has the B230F engine. A few weeks ago I was reading at another forum about interference engines. Well I was really relieved to find out that my engine was NOT on the list of those that could be damaged if the timing belt were to break. You know, just one less thing to worry about.
Well tonight I was reading in my Haynes manual about timing belt replacement and it says that the B230F engine IS an interference engine and that if the belt were to break, serious engine damage would occur.
Now all of my life I've been a worrier. I don't know if it's something that has been bred into me or if I somehow secretly enjoy having undo stress in my life but surprise, surprise...this worries me.
Can someone set me straight on this? Is my Haynes manual wrong or was the other site I was reading on wrong. If I remember correctly the other site listed some B21 and other engines as interference engines but I know it said that mine was NOT one of them.
Okay, I'll be waiting for words of wisdom and will try not to hyperventilate in the meantime.
Thanks,
Dave
