940 w/ Regina has no Acceleration. 900 1994

I am having problems with my '94 940 w/Regina Injection system. The vehicle idles just fine but stumbles and stalls upon acceleration. It will run just fine once you get it up to highway speeds but will not accelerate on the highway unless I cause the trans to downshift. I have removed the overdrive solenoid and replaced it with the plate I have seen mentioned on this board. I get a code 2-2-1, I have checked all the vacuum lines and have also removed and cleaned the IAC. I really suspect the o2 sensor but want to be sure before I pony up the cash for the correct part. Any sage advice is most appreciated!
