Trouble with 940 electric window

1994 Vovlo 940 sedan has trouble with the drivers front electric window, it has a problem when the window is completly closed....then when trying to bring it down ...it doesn't do anything until you help with your fingertips to lower this window. Acually it kinda flexes in the window channel but dosn't want to come down until help it along with great effort.
I took the interior panel off this driver door and found nothing wrong with the channel where the window rides up & down. I lubed the felt and rubber channel with "dry teflon lube" and all the mechanical mechanisms, It works better and faster but it still gets 'stuck' when it is completly at the top and you try to lower the window.
The motor seems fairly powerful but ???? What's wrong?
