I would guess thats a dealer only item, and you would pay a fortune for it if it is still available. Your best bet is to get one from the junkyard. You should be safe up to at least 85 models. At some point they switched to a pressed on assembly, but I know that up to 85 they were still the screw on type like yours would be. You can get the assembly off without drilling out the shear bolts. You undo the support crossmenber and drop it with the steering column down. The crossmember should then slide off the steering column, and you can remove the sheer bolts with a pair of vice grips. That way you can reuse the shear bolts.
