heater/ac blower motor comes on without key

I have a 1997 V90 ( yes it is badged as a V90 but the build date is 02-97) and I will shut the car off, take the key out, leave it and come back and the heater/ac blower motor will be on high. When turn the igniton on, it will stop.

Anyone has ever had this before?
