Blinkers not blinking 700 1990

Hello folks.

I have this 1990 760 Turbo that's been having electrical problems. Recently I checked all the fuses (we just bought it used a few months ago) and they were all across the board, some much higher and some much lower than they should be. Some previous owner laziness I guess.

Anyway, the latest issue is that the turn signals have suddenly stopped blinking. They come on (and off) but they don't blink. It's the same deal with the hazard warning. When pushed, all 4 signals come on but do not blink. I of course checked the fuses and they are good.

Per what Ive read, it also doesn't seem that there is any related relay in the car. I have no idea where to look. I much, much, much prefer to work on my 240 (which is not giving me any trouble at the moment). The inside of this 760 is falling apart.

Thanks for any help.
