Recently I wrote here about having an intermittant noise coming from main/in line fuel pump. Thought problem was in tank fuel pump as when that pump starts going bad it causes main/in line fuel pump to strain. Well now noise is gone alltogether. Only thing I did was to refill up gas tank. Seems somehow that got rid of noise. Could it be that the in tank fuel pump somehow was clogged and refilling up of gas tank unclogged/cleared this up ?? Maybe bad/dirty gas with sediment in it ?? I did use a different gas station rather then my usual reliable one the last time I filled up. Although I am glad that the noise has disappeared I still am perplexed about this. Thanks.
