No idea. But I have completed a engine wiring harnes swap. It wasn't that hard to do but I did take my time on it. If it needs the swap and you have a good extra sitting around then why not just go for it. Rough idle, have you double checked the clamps that go on the air hose. Look around the throttle body and AMM. I forgot to tighten once and it gave me strange problems.
