Catalytic Converter 200 1991

I have a '91 240 and need to replace the cat. I have figured out, pretty much, that 1991 was a transition year for cats. How can I tell which one I need. The one in the car is about 34 1/2 inches long and bolts to the down pipe with three bolts and require a "donut" to seal it. Is this the correct replacement on the FCP Groton site? Description:

DV-009 Cat Converter 84-91 (36" in length) w/ hole for Oxygen sensor in cat. (A plug is included if your cat does not have an O2 sensor in there, it will require tightening before the cat can be installed properly)

Thanks.
