Sounds like a dumb question, I know, but I'm not the original owner and I've found divergent info on the web. So I thought I'd ask the 'Board. Is the engine model number recorded on one of the stamped metal tags scattered about the car?

The car has the red 4-cylinder engine with continuous non-electronic injection. It is not a turbo.
