side impact collision 700

My 1990 740 had a side impact collision. My 19 year old daughter was driving and took a good hit that ruined the driver side rear door. She was ok thanks to the structural integity of the vehicle. I would like to repair and keep this car as it only has 120 miles and runs great. The problem is the rocker panels are dented up and the b pillar is pushed in at the bottom about 2 inches. Can I pull this out? Can a body shop just pull the pillar for a reasonable price.

Thanks for any help.
