Positive that It's a 'B' (Plus engine numbers) 120-130

I pulled out that extra old cam that I have and while I thought that maybe it was a "D" a close inspection (and cleaning) reveals that it's a "B". It came from an old stock "backup" engine that had never been rebuilt, so I think it the original cam. No idea about the application/fit for that cam.

Oh, and here are my B18 engine block numbers (left to right).
