Hey guys just sold my Jetta today 92 model to make my Volvo a daily driver again.
The Jetta was just a piece of crap I would rater drive a totaled out Volvo any day. Thats beside the point, I was wanting to know what wire was what on the stereo. I have a pioneer cd player from the Jetta that I would like to put in the 240. I would really like to keep the tape deck, but it is shorted out.
what is the
1 Power wire
2 ground
3 accessory power wire to save presets
4 any speaker wires

are there any weird dash liiuminator wires? The 240 is an 88 with the tape deck mounted high in the dash vs. than lower in the dash.
