Slow acceleration uphill 900 1993

Hi All,

I have a 1993 940 Wagon with new fuel pump (main+in tank). But the uphill acceleration still seems pretty sluggish. On a level road, its awesome. When I am going uphill, I have to literally press the gas pedal to the floor for around 15-20 secs to rev it up and catch up with other vehicles.

Please let me know any suggestions/tips you have. Many thanks. --s
