Gland Nut Carb probs 120-130

Hello all. I have a 68 Wagon with a 75 B20 with SU carbs. I was tinkering with the idle and mixture settings, took it out for a spin and when I came back I could hear some dripping. Looked at the carb and saw fuel dripping out of the feed pipe from the float chamber to the main body of the carb. It looks like it is leaking from the gland nut. I have tried an 11 mm wrench, 1/2 in wrench nothing seems to work. Is there a special tool for this or just a hard to get to nut?

Once I find out where the leak is coming from are there any universal parts I can pick up at a parts store to use?

thanks
