Rebuilding a b20b 120-130

Hi all,

I have a 1970 122s b20b that i am currently restoring.

The engine requires a complete overhaul as i do not believe it to be done yet.

I was pondering over a few ideas to make the car a bit for purkier and these came to my mind:
1) would there be a remarked improvement in performance by installing the later b20 cylinder head i.e. the one with the 2mm bigger inlet valve?
2) is it advisable to opt for oversize rings as opposed to oversize pistons and rings?
3) i plan to make use of IPD's ISKY camshaft with their hi-rev kit and their double wound valve springs - would i feel a significant difference over the std b20?

Thanks in advance

VOLVO greetings from SA
