95' 960 A/C temp dial 900 1995

Hi all,

Having a problem with the temperature contol settings on the A/C control head. The temperature dial is unresponsive to temp changes below the 80 degree mark. Any setting below 80 is always cold. At the 80 degree mark you'll start to feel warm air. Max setting works well to get HOT air. Used to be able to feel the temperature change by adjusting the temp dial in slight increments. Any ideas what could be the problem?
