AC question S90-V90

Hi Poolman,

The cooling fan comes on when the hi-side hits 260psi and goes off at 206 psi. (Low speed).

The compressor shouldn't be engauged during cranking. The EEC system waits a few seconds for the engine rpm to stabilize before it engages the compressor.

Does the cooling fan not come on at all when the compressor is running?

Is the compressor cycling? Or just comes on once then goes off?

What's your static low side pressure ? (at what corresponding ambient temp?)

What your running psi when the compressor engages? Is it fluctuating? What pressure does it disengage the compressor? Does the pressure change if you raise the rpm?
