IPD low compression kit 120-130

I was thinking about the IPD low compression kit for my car. mainly because of the Price of super unleaded. But also it is too low octane for the engine anyway.
Has anyone done the the kit? And do you think it's worth it?
Also, how did it change how the car drove, was there a noticable change in power?
Lot of questions I know, but would like to know before I did it.

Also, anyone put in another IPD cam in an otherwise stock B20?
