Having the alignment set up correctly will cure the bump steer but you still need wider rims or smaller tires, those 195's will be rolling around on the 4.5 rims I had 185/80 tyres on 5.5 inch rims on a wagon which worked fine and gave the same gearing as the original cross plys, as long as the rim is widened teh same in both directions it won't affect the steering.
