Installing new amp but need to run 12v line... problem 200

I'm installing a new subwoofer and amp in the trunk of my 240. The problem is that I need to run a thick 12v line from the battery, through the dash, and through the cab to the trunk. I don't entirely know how to run it and keep it hidden. I have a general idea on where to run once I get it to the inside of the car. But I dont know how to get it from the battery to inside the dash. Am I going to have to drill a hole in the fire wall somewhere, and if so, where is the best place to drill it?
