Slight shimmy/pull 900 1997

Noticed my daughters 960 has slight shimmy (35 to 50) and seems to have slight pull (or feels different) when turning right. Very slight though. Nothing apparent underneath but do note rotor runout of .005 on both sides. Didn't check to see if rotor lined up with hub (just read about that). I don't get any pulsing on braking so not sure the rotors are source of shimmy. I'll probably get alignment and balance and replace rotors if can't reduce runout below .002. Missing anything else?
thanks
